The 100m² villa is located on Kalymnos Island. Surrounded by olive -, almond- and fig trees, the house offers you the perfect mediterranean getaway in a wild 2000 sq. m. garden.
The villa is surrounded by a big, spacious veranda.
The veranda runs around the entire house and can be accessed from the living room and the kitchen. On the veranda you will enjoy your breakfast or dinner with a beautiful view.
The house is located on a hill and offers an amazing view on the Aegean Sea.
Olive and fig trees in the forepart of the garden. The property is huge and secluded from other properties. You will find an oasis of silence to recharge your batteries.
The villa has six spacious rooms which are bright and flooded with light. It contains a well equipped, newly renovated kitchen.
The center of the house is the living room. A door opens up to the big veranda. Two of the bedrooms are connected to the living room.
Two of the three bedrooms lead off from the living room. The first room has an astonishing view, as you can overlook Kantouni bay.
In this room we have two single beds. Moreover, there is a designated workplace with a desk chair and a computer screen which you can use. Perfect if you are planning a workation! 🙂
The second bedroom is connected to the living room as well. It has a double bed and offers room for two people. It is my favorite room for having a siesta.
This is the third bedroom. Here you will find a double bed as well. Besides the door to the kitchen it has one door that leads to the backyard. That door is one of three entrances to the house.
In this room you will find another designated workplace with a computer screen, which you can use if you are planning to work remotely during your stay on the island.
The bathroom has been newly renovated with a floor made of mosaic and azul tiles at the walls mirroring the sand and the sea.
The neighborhood is a very quiet and peaceful place with an astonishing view and therefore perfect for those who love to relax in nature. The place is ideal for climbers, as Kalymnos is known for its great climbing routes and many of them are in close distance to the house. Beach lovers will enjoy the villa due to the proximity to some of the island’s most beautiful beaches. The lovely sand beaches Kantouni, Linaria and Platy Gialos are only a five minute scooter ride away. Under five minutes you can reach a supermarket, pharmacy, bike/car rentals, gas station, taxi station, bus stop, restaurants, and cafés.
The Villa Anna is located in Panormos – a beautiful and quite neighborhood on Kalymnos. Located on a hill and overlooking the Aegean Sea with a wonderful view onto Kantouni bay, it is the best place to truly relax. Three of the most beautiful beaches of the island are in close proximity to the house. Furthermore, you can find a big and well equipped supermarket just down the hill.
For me, the house has the perfect location on Kalymnos. You can easily access many climbing routes and beaches, but you can enjoy peace and tranquility away from the tourist crowds. If you want to visit the tourist hotspot Massouri, you can be there in no time
Here you see the minutes (when riding a scooter) it will take you to reach some important locations:
A 10-minute walk down the hill will bring you to the main road where you can reach the bus stop, a taxi stand and the car or scooter rental. I highly recommend you to rent a scooter or a car as this is the best way to get around on the island. The name of the nearest scooter rental is Theofilos. The owner is taking good care of his scooters (I always rent my scooter at his place). I highly recommend a tour around the island to visit the mountains and the relaxing beaches and to enjoy delicious Greek food. You really should try Souvlaki and the specialty of Kalymnos: Kalymnian Salad.
